  1. Resort Credit is valid for bookings under the European Plan and All-Inclusive Plan through all sales channels, with a minimum stay of 1 night. The credit is non-cumulative and must be used daily. The credit may be applied toward food and beverage purchases, as well as select items with an additional charge, including romantic dinners, bottles of wine, in-room phone calls, and Premium Wi-Fi. Resort Credit may be used for up to 20% of the total amount of each purchase. For spa treatments, up to USD 50 per day may be used for 55-minute body treatments. The credit is not applicable to beauty salon services or spa boutique purchases. Resort Credit is not valid for service charges to staff, tips, or taxes. The maximum credit allowed per day depends on the room category and length of stay. Any unused portion of the credit is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Blackout Dates: February 12–16, 2026 | November 22–28, 2026.
  2. Kids eat and stay free with your All-Inclusive plan. Up to two kids under 12 years old. Must be staying in the same room as their parents.
  3. Available for all-inclusive reservations only. Subject to a minimum length of stay of 3 nights. Schedule your selected experience upon arrival with your butler. Guests can access this benefit once again starting on the 6th night.
  4. Applicable to reservations in the One Bedroom Suite category and above, based on a minimum 3-night stay.
  5. 15% OFF Spa Valid for reservations in Ultra or One-Bedroom categories or higher. The discount applies to massages of 60 minutes or longer.
