Please take time to read these terms and conditions governing the Cancun.GarzaBlancaResort.com website. By accessing this website, you agree to accept, without limitation or criterion, all of these terms and conditions of use. The disclaimer does not apply for groups or weddings.

Rates

  • Room rates shown on the Garza Blanca Resort Cancun website are charged per room, per night.
  • Special Internet rates are valid only when booking through Cancun.GarzaBlancaResort.com.
  • All rates quoted in US dollars (USD) will be converted into local currency (MXP) upon settlement.
  • All rates include Tourism Levy and any other applicable government taxes.
  • Room rates and details are correct at the time of publication and are subject to change without notice.

Hotel Reservations

  • Bookings may be made online at Cancun.GarzaBlancaResort.com, through our call center, or by calling 1 800 927 0503 (US/CAN).
  • Reservations are required prior to arrival.
  • Reservations are only valid with a Guarantee Deposit.
  • Reservation inquiries are not confirmed automatically and will be answered within 2 working days.
  • All reservations made through Garza Blanca’s official website require presentation of the same credit card used for booking and a valid government-issued ID at check-in for security purposes.

Hotel + Flight Reservations

  • Garza Blanca Resort Cancun is responsible only for accommodation reservations. For flight-related matters, please contact ReservHOTEL.
  • Flights are non-refundable and non-transferable. In some cases, a voucher for future travel may be issued. To cancel, contact your airline directly. Penalties may apply. Learn more.

Check-in/Check-out

  • Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. CST.
  • Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. CST.
  • Rates are subject to change without notice.
  • All-Inclusive Kids Free promotion applies for up to 2 children sharing the parents’ room.
  • Additional children must pay the extra child fee upon arrival.
  • Children 0–3 years stay free under both EP and AI plans.
  • Children 4–12 years stay free under EP plan only.
  • Early Checkout: No refunds for unused nights.
  • Late Checkout: $100.00 USD + tax per extra hour until 7:00 p.m. (EP plan only).
  • Extra child: free until 12 years old (EP only).
  • Extra bed, crib, self-parking, and valet parking: no additional charges.

Guarantee Deposit Policy

  • A deposit is required to guarantee your reservation. The amount may vary depending on the season or special dates.
  • The remaining balance will be charged at check-in.
  • Guarantee deposits must be made within 24 hours after reservation confirmation.
  • Proof of deposit must be emailed to Garza Blanca Resort Cancun.
  • Packages and special promotions require a 50% deposit, with the balance due upon check-in.
  • Government-issued photo ID and a valid credit card or cash deposit are required at check-in for incidental charges.

Payment

A valid credit/debit card is required at the time of booking. All payments must be made to Garza Blanca Resort Cancun. Credit card information will be used confidentially for processing. A Guarantee Deposit covering the room rate, taxes, services, meals, and any extras requested is required to confirm the reservation.

Change, Cancellation and No-Show Policy

  • Reservation changes are subject to room availability.
  • Cancellations or changes must be made at least 3 days before arrival to avoid a one-night or full-stay charge.
  • Garza Blanca Resort Cancun reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee equivalent to the number of reserved nights.

Cancellation Fees by Season

  • High Season: Cancellations or changes must be made at least 14 days before arrival to avoid a 2-night charge.
  • Peak Season: Cancellations or changes must be made at least 45 days before arrival to avoid full stay charge.
  • Low Season: Cancellations or changes must be made at least 3 days before arrival to avoid a one-night charge.

Seasons

  • High Season: Selected dates from early and mid-year periods.
  • Peak Season: December 21 to January 5 (Christmas and New Year).
  • Low Season: Remainder of the year.

Minimum Stay Requirements

  • Low Season: Minimum 1 night stay.
  • High Season: Minimum 3 nights stay.
  • Peak Season: Minimum 5 nights stay.

Cancellations on the day of arrival or no-shows will be charged the full length of the reservation. Shortened stays are also subject to full charge. Non-refundable special promotions are excluded from this policy.

All-Inclusive Plan

  • Children are defined as individuals under 12 years old.
  • All-Inclusive plans are subject to a surcharge per night per extra child and per extra adult.
  • Unless otherwise stated, promotional bookings are non-changeable and non-cancellable.

Hotel Facilities

Some hotel facilities are complimentary, while others may incur a surcharge. Please verify before booking. The hotel is not responsible for any loss or damage to guest property. Safe deposit boxes are provided at the guest’s own risk.

Accessible rooms are available and have been independently inspected. Please advise if special facilities are required when booking.

Except for assistance dogs, pets are not allowed.

Restrictions

  • No pets, livestock, bedding items, or cooking/heating appliances are allowed in the hotel.
  • Garza Blanca Resort Cancun reserves the right to remove and/or confiscate any such items immediately without notice and to charge for any costs incurred.
  • Use of drones or air cameras is prohibited in all areas of the hotel for guest and staff privacy.

Guest Behavior

Guests must behave respectfully and not disturb others' quiet enjoyment. Inappropriate behavior, including excessive noise, drunkenness, or offensive conduct, may result in immediate booking termination without refund.

  • Drunken or unruly behavior
  • Any behavior offensive to guests or staff

Guests are liable for damages or losses caused. Full payment must be made before departure. Failure to do so may result in legal action and associated recovery costs.

No refunds will be issued for lost accommodation or additional expenses due to termination.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mexico.
