Gourmet Food Hall in Cancun

Taste the flavors of a selected array of top culinary cuisines at Garza Blanca Cancun’s brand-new Gourmet Hall, where guests will find five specialty kitchens (Humo, Trompo, Forno Station, La Panga, and Wok Wok—plus a Coffee Bar) serving casual gourmet cuisine in a light, contemporary food-court space.

Open for breakfast from 7:00 am to 11:30 am. The Gourmet Hall offers daily options where guests can find international delights and their favorite Mexican dishes.

Dinners are served from 5:30 pm to 10:30 pm featuring a freestyle dining concept with the best flavors of its five specialty kitchens. Diners can choose from tacos and other Mexican specialties at Trompo, Asian street food at Wok Wok, and hand-crafted cocktails from the Coffee Bar.
