Terms and conditions

1. Room Only: rates are based on double occupancy, are subject to change without notice and do not include taxes and/or service fees (21%). All-Inclusive rates are per person, include taxes and/or service fees (21%) and are based on the maximum room capacity. Government-issued photo identification and a credit card or cash deposit are required at check-in for incidental charges. Rates are based on our Junior Suite Garden View . Prepayment required. You will be charged for the 35% after making your reservation. The remaining balance will be charged once you arrive at the hotel, at front desk. Guarantee deposit must be made within 24-hours of your reservation being confirmed. To ensure your booking, it is essential to confirm your deposit payment at the time you make your reservation.
2. Valid booking from now to 03/16/2023. Travel dates: from 04/15/2023 through 12/22/2023. Minimum stay: 5 nights.
3. Kids eat and stay free with your All-Inclusive plan. Up to two kids under 12 years old. Must be staying in the same room as their parents. Not valid from (blackout dates) November 26 to 30, 2024; December 23, 2024 to January 3, 2025.
4. Complimentary basic internet service (2MB) for unlimited devices. Premium internet service (6MB) from $17USD per day (24 hours), for 4 devices.
5. Not valid for groups or weddings.
