    1. Resort Credit is valid for bookings under the European Plan and All-Inclusive Plan through all our sales channels. It is non-cumulative and must be used daily. The credit may be applied toward food and beverage purchases, as well as certain items with an additional charge, such as romantic dinners, bottles of wine, in-room phone calls, and Premium Wi-Fi. Resort Credit can be used for up to 20% of the total amount of each purchase. For spa treatments, up to USD 50 per day may be used for 55-minute body treatments (not applicable for beauty salon services or spa boutiques). It is not valid for service charges to staff, tips, taxes, or purchases at the Market Shop. The maximum credit allowed per day will depend on the room category and length of stay. Any unused portion of the credit is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
    2. Up to 2 kids per room.  1 child per paying adult.
    3. Complimentary round-trip transportation is included with a minimum stay of 3 nights in a One-Bedroom Suite or higher.

    11. Prepayment is required. You will be charged for 35% after making your reservation. The remaining balance will be charged once you arrive at the hotel, at the front desk. Guarantee deposit must be made within 24-hours of your reservation being confirmed.
    12. To ensure your booking, it is essential to confirm your deposit payment at the time you make your reservation.
    13. Valid booking from June 18, 2025 to July 7, 2025.
