1. The amount of Resort Credits shown is equivalent to the total earned after a 5-night stay. The daily resort credit is valid only for All-Inclusive bookings and is non-cumulative. Resort Credits can be used toward food and beverages, surcharged menu items, private candlelight dinners, bottles of wine, in-room phone calls, Premium Wi-Fi, and spa treatments (up to $50 USD in Resort Credits per day can be used toward body treatments of 55 minutes or more at the resort's spa). Resort Credits do not apply to service fees for staff, gratuities, taxes, or market shops. The credit must be used per day and is non-cumulative. The maximum credit available per day depends on the room category and length of stay. Any unused portion of the credit is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. The total amount of Resort Credits will be deducted from the guest's bill at check-out. Travel period: November 8, 2024 - December 22, 2025.
2. Available for up to 2 kids no older than 12 years of age, except on the following Black Out Dates: November 25th-30th, 2024 - December 23rd, 2024 - January 3rd, 2025 - April 14th-20th 2025 - November 23rd-29th 2025 - December 23rd, 2025 - January 3rd, 2026.
3. Available with a minimum stay of 5 nights or more, for bookings in Two Bedroom Suites and all higher categories. It is mandatory sending your flight information to: [email protected]. Without flight information, service will not be provided.
4. Available with a minimum stay of 3 nights or more, for bookings in all Residence Suites.
5. Available for bookings on One Bedroom Suites and all higher categories.
6. Applicable to reservations in the One Bedroom Suite category and above.
7. Room Only reservations: rates are based on double occupancy, are subject to change without notice and do not include taxes and/or service fees (21%).
8. All-Inclusive reservations: rates are based on double occupancy, include all taxes and service fees and are subject to change without notice.
9. Government-issued photo identification and a credit card or cash deposit are required at check-in for incidental charges.
10. Rates are based on our Junior Suite Garden View.
11. Prepayment is required. You will be charged for 35% after making your reservation. The remaining balance will be charged once you arrive at the hotel, at the front desk. Guarantee deposit must be made within 24-hours of your reservation being confirmed.
12. To ensure your booking, it is essential to confirm your deposit payment at the time you make your reservation.
13. Valid booking from November 28, 2024 to December 1, 2024.
14. Travel dates: from now to December 22, 2025.
