Reservations

• I booked my reservation with an online travel site, but I am not sure who to contact to reconfirm my reservation.

• If I make a hotel reservation through your reservation center do I have to attend a timeshare presentation?

  You are never required to attend a timeshare presentation unless it has been specifically mentioned in a package that you booked, although our luxurious “home away from home” accommodations may end up tempting you to attend one.

• Do I need to bring the same credit card I used to book my reservation?

  Yes. Per Garza Blanca’s policy, guests who book through our official website must present the same credit card used for the reservation along with a valid government-issued ID upon check-in.

• Can I pay with cash at the hotel?
  No. Garza Blanca Cancun operates under a cashless policy. We only accept credit/debit card payments or bank transfers made in advance, as per our terms.
• Can I extend my stay through the website?
  No. Stay extensions must be paid directly at the front desk. Online payments for extensions are not accepted.
• Can I pay for my reservation with a recent bank transfer?
  No. Bank transfer receipts dated less than 7 days before your arrival will not be accepted.
• What do I need to present at check-in?
  You must present a valid ID and the original credit/debit card used for your reservation. Screenshots or receipts without the physical card are not accepted.
• What is your child protection policy?
  We strictly comply with all current child protection laws. Official identification is required for all guests at check-in.
• How do I know I’m contacting the hotel directly?
  We only use official phone numbers and email addresses listed on our website. We do not initiate contact via unverified means.
