• Do I need to make reservations in advance for restaurants?

  Reservations for dinner are not required, but they are highly recommended to make sure you can dine at the restaurant you want and avoid long wait times to get a table.

• Are all restaurants kid-friendly? Do you have adults-only restaurants?

  Kids are welcomed at all restaurants at Garza Blanca Cancun apart from the Rooftop, which is an adults-only area.

• What are the best restaurants in Cancun?

  To maintain a family-friendly atmosphere, bars are separate from the restaurants.

  Although dinner reservations are not required, it is best to call ahead and ensure a table at your favorite restaurant.

  Smart casual is the dress code requested at most restaurants at Garza Blanca Cancun and Villa del Palmar Cancun (also included in the Gourmet Culinary All-Inclusive plan).

• How are allergies, food restrictions, and diets handled?

  At Garza Blanca Cancun, we take special care of our guests with food restrictions. We kindly request you notify us before you arrive at our restaurants to prepare for your special diet.

• Do you have vegan options on the menu?

  Yes, we have exquisite meals with vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options at many of our gourmet restaurants.

• Can you order room service from the specialty restaurants?

  Our specialty restaurants are not included in the 24 hr. room service, although some dishes from each of the restaurants are part of the menu.

• Is it necessary to make restaurant reservations prior to arrival?

  Reservations are required for La Casona Steak House at Villa del Palmar Cancun and are strongly recommended at our other gourmet restaurants to make sure you can get a table at the restaurant you want.

• What restaurants are included in my all-inclusive package?

  Our most prestigious restaurants are part of the Gourmet Culinary All-Inclusive plan: Blanca Blue, the Food Truck, the Snack and Swim Up Bar (plus Hiroshi, DAO, BocaDos Steak House, the Gourmet Hall, and the Rooftop all coming soon), and all Villa del Palmar Cancun’s restaurants.

• What does the Gourmet All-Inclusive experience include?

  The Gourmet Culinary All-inclusive plan includes Garza Blanca’s finest restaurants: Hiroshi, Blanca Blue, BocaDos, DAO, the Rooftop, and more. It also includes all restaurants at our neighboring sister resort, Villa del Palmar Cancun. 24 hour room service is also included.

• What kind of beverages are included?

  The beverages included in the Gourmet Culinary All-Inclusive plan are: soft drinks, beer, wines by the glass, and premium domestic and international spirits.

• Are restaurants in cancun expensive?

  Cancun has an extensive dining scene, and it can be as inexpensive or as expensive as you want. Great food and service are guaranteed at the all-inclusive resort, Garza Blanca Cancun.
